Course Fees

Your course date is not secured until you have paid your deposit – once we receive payment you will be sent a receipt and confirmation email. 

Remaining fee is due no later than 14 days before your training day, failure to do so may affect your training date.

 

 

Special Requirements

We are happy to work with any special requirements you may have, please make us aware at the time of booking so we can ensure that your pre-training day theory and practical day are sufficient for you. 

 

 

Pre-Training Day

Once we receive your deposit you will be sent your Theory for at home studying which will allow you to complete at your own convivence. 

 

 

Transferring Course Dates

We fully understand and appreciate that complications can arise that are out of your control – we can provide a transfer of training date at no extra cost if you notify us no less than 7 days prior your course. Any transfers sooner than 7 days will require a non-refundable £50 admin charge. 

Only 1 transfer request will be accepted.

 

 

Cancelations

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your training course. Your deposit is non-refundable however if you have at this point paid the remaining balance this will be refunded up until 24 hours prior your training date. Training dates are transferable up until 24 hours prior your training day.

If you fail to notify us of cancelation less than 24 hours prior training day or until the day - none of your course fee is refundable.

Re-Training

We pride ourselves in our in-depth training, however if you feel you need any extra guidance, we offer free re-training within 6 months of your original training date.

Re training does not include a new training kit – you will need to bring yours with you from your original training day.

 

 

Training Providers

All training providers are fully qualified, trained and insured in the services they teach.

In the unlikely event of The Hair & Beauty Training Beautique having to cancel a training date, you will receive a full refund including deposit. If we need to transfer the date of training, we will cover all costs to do so and of course we will give as much notice as possible.
