Course Fees

All Hair Extension and Beauty courses require a £100 Non-Refundable Deposit and Cutting courses & Workshops require a £50 Non-Refundable deposit – these payments are deducted off the course total.

Your course date is not secured until you have paid your deposit – once we receive payment you will be sent a receipt and confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received booking confirmation.

Remaining fee is due no later than 14 days before your training day, failure to do so may affect your training date.

Special Requirements

We are happy to work with any special requirements you may have, please make us aware at the time of booking so we can ensure that your pre-training day pack and training day are sufficient for you. If you do not make us aware of how we can help you The Hair and Beauty Training Beautique can not be made responsible.

Pre-Training Day

Once we receive your deposit you will be sent your Training pack by post – this will include a General Theory Manual, Method Manuals, Question & Answer booklet and all additional information. Please take the time to study these manuals and bring the pack with you on your training day.

You are required to complete a theory module (Question and Answers) before training day, you can fill out the booklet and send back to us via post or you can request the e-booklet which is a Word Document and will be sent to your email address. We must have received this for marking no later than 7 days prior training day. If you fail to complete your theory module we will have to change your training date and you will be responsible for all admin fees.

Transferring Course Dates

We fully understand and appreciate that complications can arise that are out of your control – we can provide a transfer of training date at no extra cost if you notify us no less than 7 days prior your course.

You must inform us by email which we will respond to. If you do not get a response within 24 hours please do not assume we have received your email and contact us by phone also.

Any transfers sooner than 7 days will require a non-refundable £20 admin charge. Training days cannot be transferred with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Only 1 transfer request will be accepted.

Cancelations

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your training course. Your deposit is non-refundable however if you have at this point paid the remaining balance this will be refunded up until 24 hours prior your training date. Training dates are transferable up until 24 hours prior your training day.

If you fail to notify us of cancelation less than 24 hours prior training day or until the day - none of your course fee is refundable.

Dress Code

We ask if you can wear black, professional/casual clothing on your training day with no open toe shoes, but of course we want you to be comfortable and relaxed.

Re-Training

We pride ourselves in our in-depth training, however if you feel you need any extra guidance, we offer free re-training within 6 months of your original training date.

Re training does not include a new training kit – you will need to bring yours with you from your original training day.

Training Providers

All training providers are fully qualified, trained and insured in the services they teach.

In the unlikely event of The Hair & Beauty Training Beautique having to cancel a training date, you will receive a full refund including deposit. If we need to transfer the date of training, we will cover all costs to do so and of course we will give as much notice as possible.
